DMZ Imjingak(Peace Nuri park)
About 54 kilometers northwest of Seoul City Hall, Imjingak is a place of sadness from the Korean War. The Imjingak, one basement level and 3 floors above 6,000-pyeong, was built in 1972 for displaced North Koreans and is now well known as a tourist attraction. In addition, there are many unification-related events as the place for exchanges and reconciliation between the two Koreas, and it is the most visited tourist destination in Gyeonggi-do, which does not require complicated licensing procedures like Panmunjom.
The bridge behind the Mangbaedan in front of Imjingak Square was named the Freedom Bridge because 12,773 Korean Prisoner of war crossed the bridge in 1953. Originally, the Gyeongui Railroad Bridge had two bridges up and down, but only the pillars of the bridge were left after the bombing, but it restored the bridge over the pillars of the western bridge and installed the temperary at the southern end of the bridge to pass the prisoners of war to pass through. The Freedom Bridge is 83 meters long, 4.5 meters wide and 8 meters high. The bridge was temporarily installed, so there is nothing outstanding in architecture, but it is a representative legacy of the Korean War because it has symbolic meaning of "return to freedom."

DMZ Third Tunnel of aggression
The third tunnel was drilled in Munsan since 1975 by Kim Bu-sung, a North Korean man who defected to the South on September 5, 1974. On June 10, 1978, when one of the drillers exploded, the excavation project was carried out. On October 17, 1978, it was discovered 4km south of Panmunjeom through the enemy. The tunnel is 2 meters wide, 2 meters high, and the total length is 1,635 meters, and 30,000 the military can be moved per hour, and its location is only 52 kilometers away from Seoul, so it is similar to the 2nd Tunnel in scale, but it was judged to be much more threatening than the 1.2 tunnel in infiltrating Seoul. It is only 4km northwest of Imjingak and 3.5km away from Tongilchon, so it is only 45 minutes' drive from Seoul.
